Troubleshooting Steps for Course Access | 9/12/22

Description of problem: After signing in and clicking on your course from your “My Courses” page, you’re taken to the course homepage where it appears as if you have been logged out (Sign In / Sign Up in upper right hand corner. If you click sign in, the same process happens.

Currently we’re working to diagnose why this is happening. In the meantime, please try the work arounds below.

Temporary Fixes to Try:

  1. When on the course page (FE Accelerator: Morning for example), don’t hit sign in. Instead refresh your browser and it should recognize that you’re logged in.
  2. Try clearing your history / cookies, and then reopening your browser to access the course.
  3. Access your course through an incognito window.
  4. Access the course through a different browser (Firefox, Edge, or Safari)
